CANCELLATION POLICY:


  • Cancellations made by March 2nd, 2025: Students who cancel their registration by this date will receive a 20% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations after March 2nd, 2025: All registrations become non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.

How do I reserve my hotel room?
You are free to choose any hotel that suits your preferences. The retreat will take place at the Grand Hôtel Plaza in the city center, so you may opt to stay there or explore other nearby accommodations within walking or driving distance. Rome’s central location offers a variety of options to fit different budgets and styles.

Can I bring my children to the retreat?
Yes, everyone is welcome at the retreat, including children! Please note that you will need to purchase meals specifically for kids to accommodate them during the event. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

When is the best time to arrive and depart?
We recommend arriving by Thursday evening, March 20th, especially if you plan to join the optional Vatican tour on Friday morning or want ample time to enjoy the Bookstore and Welcome Desk, which opens at 10:00 AM on Friday. This will ensure a relaxed start to your retreat experience.

For departures, the retreat officially concludes with the closing session on Sunday, March 23rd, at 4:00 PM, so plan accordingly to maximize your time with us.

What type of food will be provided at the event meals?
All meals served during the retreat will be kosher and feature a variety of dairy and fish-based dishes. No meat will be included. If you have specific dietary preferences or food allergies, please let us know during registration so we can accommodate your needs.

Is it possible to pay in installments?
