About the Course
Kabbalah 1 is a paradigm-shifting course that reveals the secrets of kabbalistic teachings, the golden rules you can master if you seek more fulfillment in your life. Kabbalah explains that there is the world that we see (the physical world) and a much larger realm, just as real, that is unseen (the spiritual world). We are souls from the spiritual world living in bodies of the physical world. The wisdom of Kabbalah explores both, explaining the spiritual laws of the universe in order to improve and enhance our life experience in this world.
This 10-week course will be held in-person at The Kabbalah Centre North Miami Beach. Each session will be recorded and available within 24 hours.

A: The Kabbalah 1 course gathers in-person for one hour weekly for 10 sessions. Your Kabbalah teacher will host a lecture-style class with interactive workshops, guided meditations, discussion, and Q&A sessions. Each student receives personalized guidance from a mentor or Kabbalah teacher in break-out sessions following the weekly class. After each class, you'll receive the recording along with suggested homework or exercises to do between classes to support your application of the spiritual tools learned weekly.
Q: I've never studied spirituality before; will I understand it?
